• ON A VIBRATION •

I'm beginning to understand why it has been so difficult to break free of all of my bad habits... The habits that keep me from accomplishing all the things I want to live out and manifest. Though I wondered if it could be true before, I am now clearly aware that energy is so very magnetic and if you are doing good things you draw good things into you. If you think positive thoughts those positive thoughts won't have to be intentional after awhile they will just be. It's all very much about being self-aware and realizing what you need and when and constantly re-evaluating these things because your needs change Every. Single. Day... New mantra is "Reflect, Rely Repeat."

I will reflect daily at the beginning and conclusion of each day on my needs and desires. What does my body need to be healthy and happy and vibrant? What do I need to feed myself mentally, emotionally and physically so that I cannot only survive but I can thrive vigorously. I will reflect on the answers to that question and formulate a plan for the day on how to meet those needs and fulfill myself. I will apply myself to these things and rely on the power of attraction and God and the universe that all things must and will be fulfilled. Then, I will do it all over again once the day and cycle is complete. The potential for transformative change is in all of us but we have to come to the right attitude to be able to make positive tweaks and corrections and it all starts with awareness of yourself and true desire to bring constant joy into your life. When I feel inspired it unlocks the drive and ambition and creativity that lays dormant inside of me if I don't feed and acknowledge that need. Coming to Venice has put me in touch with that and made me so aware of it. I'm known to be very indecisive and wishy-washy and it bothers those who surround me almost as much as it internally eats away at me. But I have found so much power and knowing in being here because of the adrenaline and sprouting of new ideas being in a beautiful new place has afforded me. The universe has put the ability to choose into my hands. And suddenly I can say with conviction what my intentions and purpose are. I am brand new today. I am ready to be grateful and ready to be great. My body is swelling with a generous amount of excitement and tomorrow morning this spectacular vibe will be the best thing coming home with me from Venice. Better than any souvenir is the freshly learned ability to just listen to yourself.
