ITS OKAY...

Today everything is fine.

You're going to be alright.

You don't need to think, try or be so hard.

You do not need to say sorry.

You do not need to worry.

Just exist.

Above are the words I had to tell myself today. Sometimes I miss a deadline, or cancel on a friend or say something silly I wish I wouldn't have said and if I allowed myself, I could dwell on it for forever.

I overthink and I over-apologize, out loud and even more in my head. Things that should bother someone for a few minutes or days bother me for weeks and years. Sometimes I need to relax and just live and let be. Life is much better that way. If you have the same problem I urge you to let it go!

Whatever you think you did wrong is probably not as big as you make it in your head and whatever you think requires an explanation from you, it probably doesn't. Do not apologize over little mistakes and little things you've forgotten.

Just. Move. On.
